Dominion Paving and Sealing, Inc. started out in the residential market, paving and sealing driveways. After much success and growth the company moved from residential to commercial and state paving/sealing projects.

We now have the capability of performing a much larger scope of work due to the success and motivation of our employees. Being 100% employee owned, we continually strive for quality workmanship.

Our main offices are located in the Richmond area, but our range of work territory is from Virginia Beach to Roanoke and we will even go into North Carolina!
