Steve joined Dominion Paving in 2005 prior to the company becoming an ESOP. As the first trustee of the ESOP, Steve worked hand and hand with management and outside professionals to make the transition successful. Steve is one of three Directors of Dominion and holds the corporate offices of Secretary and Treasurer. Education: Virginia Commonwealth University, BS and MST and a Certified Public Accountant since 1977.

Scott joined the Dominion Paving & Sealing family in May 2011. Scott brings over 35 years of experience in the highway construction industry and over 25 years in a safety managerial capacity. In his spare time, Scott enjoys tennis, hiking, canoeing and fresh water fishing.

Dana joined our operations team in 2006 and has been named “the glue” that helps us stick together. She brings over 25 years of administrative, executive management and project coordination experience mostly from the construction industry. Born and raised in NY, she is a graduate of DCC with an AAS degree. Dana is dedicated to raising her young son, enjoys reading, music, riding Harleys, spirituality and being in nature.

Dwayne Wohnig has been with Dominion Paving & Sealing, Inc. since 2008.

Jay has been part of Dominion Paving & Sealing’s Sales Team since March of 2008. He attended college in Illinois for Business Management and has over 20 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. In his off time, Jay likes to spend time with his wife and 3 kids, coach baseball, golf, and fish.

Jon joined our Sales Team in January 2011. Jon comes to Dominion Paving and Sealing, Inc. with eight years of sales experience in the private building sector. Residing in the Hampton Roads area, Jon enjoys carpentry, boating and playing golf in his free time.

Chris joined our sales team in May 2011. Prior to working with Dominion Paving & Sealing, Inc. Chris worked for Norfolk Southern Corporation in the Coal Sales Department.
Chris is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Economics and Business.
He enjoys fishing and playing golf in his free time.
