FAQ

Below is a list of commonly asked questions:working

Q. How long will I have to stay off my lot?
A. Depends on the work we’re doing. If we’re sealing, the sealer requires 24 hours to fully cure.In periods of high humidity, it might take even longer.

Q. If you’re paving, is that going to tie my lot up for a few days?
A. Probably not.  We can do the work in sections, or even lanes if it’s a roadway. If the job requires it, we’ll even work at night and give you back your lot by morning.

Q. Does sealing really do any good?
A. We get that question a lot, and the answer is Yes it does. Studies show that a regular sealing program will extend the life of your asphalt by many years. It’s well worth the effort.

Q.  When can you seal and/or pave until in the season?

A. For sealing a parking lot, we can typically seal until the last week of October/first week of November.  For paving, as long as it is 45 degrees and rising we should be fine.
